Perchance to Dream is an invitation to a poetic journey, linking the ritual of the four seasons and the ages of man : birth, youth, maturity, old age and death.
The play weaves and reflects the themes of Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, Midsummer Night’s Dream, Macbeth and King Lear.
On this journey, man discovers love, jealousy, greed, madness and ambition, and finally destruction.
The actors play with the parallels and recurring themes and compose this poem to the glory of Shakespeare, considered to be the greatest story teller of our time.
